Mix the nuts, oats and seeds (except the Chia seeds) together on a baking tray and bake in a moderate oven for 5- 10 minutes.

Add to a large bowl, sprinkle in the dried cranberries and Chia seeds and stir to combine.

In a small pot, melt together the butter, honey, sugar and peanut butter.

Stir as it heats and simmer for 5 mins on a low heat.

Add the sauce to the nut and oat mix and stir thoroughly. Transfer the mixture into a lined slice tray and press flat.

Cool in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until completely set.

When cool, cut into bars and enjoy.
