Mojito with fresh mango
A refreshing, zesty mojito. So perfect.
Add an Aussie mango to really mix it up this Summer. You won’t regret it. Or maybe you purists will. In which case, just eat your mango and drink your Mojito and keep smiling babe.

Mojito with fresh mango
Ingredients
6 fresh mint leaves
1 cheek of fresh mango, diced
1/2 a lime, cut into wedges
2 tbsp of white sugar
1 cup of crushed ice
125 ml of soda water
45 ml of white rum
Method
Place the lime into a tall glass and add the sugar. Muddle around with a muddling stick, then pour in the white rum.
Add the diced mango and then fill your glass to the top with ice. Clap the mint leaves in your hand to release the oil and then add to the glass. Thanks to Belvedere Social for this tip- it does actually work! Stir through.
Add soda water.
Enjoy.
